Free Classes for Workers on the Frontline

Here at Hot Yoga Athlone we recognise the hard work and long hours that all frontline workers have put in throughout the pandemic and we want to show our gratitude.

We’re offering three free Zoom classes for all frontline workers. Our classes benefit both physical and mental wellbeing. They help with stress, anxiety, back pain and so much more.

It’s the least we can do to help and support all of these hard workers, especially given how tough the last few weeks have been.

We have four Base90 beginner zoom classes every week for you to choose from. Simply copy and paste the link below and fill out the form to sign up for your free classes! If you know any friends or family who are healthcare workers, a member of An Garda Síochána or the fire brigade service, pass on this message.
